The Aussie Stingers have had a disappointing end to their World Super League Finals campaign, finishing 7th.
After facing losses to China, Canada, Hungary, USA and Netherlands, the Stingers finished the tournament on a high with a win over Japan 10-8 in their final match of the tournament.
VIS athlete and Australian Stingers captain Rowie Webster led the team from the front. Webster scored half of the team's goals in the final match in an outstanding performance.
Their 7th place finish comes off the back of a difficult Kunshan Cup tournament where the Stingers failed to grab a win.
