Webster to captain Aussie Stingers

VIS athlete, Rowie Webster, has been named as the Australian Captain for the Aussie Stingers in their upcoming FINA World League Intercontinental Tournament in America next weekend.

The Tournament is a qualifier for the FINA World League Super Final held in Shanghai in early June and an important stepping stone on the Stinger’s road to the World Championships later this year.

Webster’s success follows an already successful Australian home season, where she was awarded the Debbie Watson Medal MVP Season and named in the NWPL All Star team for her season efforts with the ACU Cronulla Sharks.
