TURNER WINS TOP AWARD

At BMX Australia’s night of nights, VIS rider Bodi Turner claimed the highest honour as Male Athlete of the Year at the Annual BMX Australia Award Ceremony night in Bathurst, NSW.

Up and coming rider Brandon Te Hiko was crowned Male Rising Star of the Year.

Josh Callan has kept his Rio aspirations alive by racing to overall victory in the BMX Australia National Series in Bathurst, NSW.

“It was really, really exciting to win. I’ve been pushing hard for a long time to win this series after a number of second places, so to finally clinch it is a fantastic feeling,” Callan said.
