How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
My VIS support team has shown me what I am capable of over the last few years and have helped me grow into the athlete I am today, alongside helping me pursue my career goals outside of sport.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Competing at my first Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024.
Proudest personal achievement outside of sport?
Finding a career and job that I enjoy, that works alongside and is supportive of my sporting pursuits.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
The competitiveness, the tactical and technical aspects of the game, and the people you get to meet at events.
Advice to your younger self?
Don't give up. Take a chance on the opportunities you are given, you never know where they might lead you.
Go-to meal before competing?
A good breakfast including omelette with lots of veggies... and coffee, of course.
If you could have dinner with any three people, who would they be?
David Tennant, Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonathan Bailey.
What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
Singing and traveling.
