Tell us about your life after your time at the VIS?
I was an international rowing coach for a few years, worked over 20 years in senior roles in organisations and started my own business whilst also continuing to study and conducting research.
What is your proudest sporting achievement?
My proudest sporting achievement is competing at two Olympic Games - Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004, competing in the Rowing Women's Eight (W8+).
What is your proudest moment outside of sport?
Continuing to take on new learnings and grow.
What is the most valuable lesson you learnt during your time at the VIS?
That support is critical!
