The Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) is seeking to recruit a passionate, driven, and collaborative high-performance professional to work within the Cycling and Triathlon program in our Performance Science team.
The role of Performance Scientist – Physiology, will suit a professional who has been working in a high-performance sporting environment for a number of years and brings a passion for sporting achievement with a focus on athlete performance, health and wellbeing, and a strong commitment to positively impacting high-performance culture.
Reporting to the Performance Science Manager, the primary purpose of this specialist role is to provide physiology expertise and deliver support to the VIS Cycling and Triathlon programs, working collaboratively as part of an inter-disciplinary team approach.
This position will be based at the world class VIS headquarters in Melbourne’s Albert Park precinct but will require the capacity to travel to training and competition venues.
