Laetisha Scanlan & Penny Smith

Laetisha Scanlan and Penny Smith are in action again today in the Women's Trap. Scanlan scored 24, 25 & 24 in the first three rounds for a total of 73 and currently sits in 5th position. Whilst Smith put scores of 23, 24 and 25 on the board for a total of 72 which ranks her 6th. The second day of qualifying continues today from 10am, with the top 6 qualifying for the final. James Willett will also be in action in the men's competition.

Matt Temple

Matt Temple is one for the watch list, especially after having already won himself a bronze medal. Temple qualified himself in three different events at the Australian Olympic Trials: including the 100 & 200m Butterfly events and the 100m Freestyle. But it was his 100m Butterfly swim that impressed the most, touching in a time of 50.45, breaking the Australian record, which has been held since 2009.
