VIS Development Netball Coach & NV Pathways Manager

The VIS & Netball Victoria (NV) have two exciting brand-new roles that may be combined to suit one candidate or remain separate to suit two. This brings the opportunity to work for both Netball Victoria and the VIS.
The VIS Development Netball Coach (0.5 FTE) reports to the Performance Manager (Podium) and is a key contributor to the overall development and implementation of the VIS Development Netball Program in partnership with Netball Victoria & Netball Australia.
The position will assist in managing the development and implementation of all areas of player performance and development of Nationally Identified (categorised) athletes and other athletes as endorsed by Netball Australia or Netball Victoria.
This role will work closely with ANL/VNL and State Team coaches and the NV Pathways Manager (if applicable) in ensuring a consistent athlete progression through the Victorian netball system.
The NV Pathways Manager (0.5 FTE) role reports directly to the GM – Vixens, Performance & Pathways. The role will provide support for the technical direction of the performance pathway and the development of athletes and Coaches within NV Pathway programs.
You will also be required to work closely with the GM - VPP with regards to Strategies to ensure integration of pathway and performance programs, and Victoria is meeting performance goals to achieve Victorian Netball Dominance.
Along with maintaining working relationships with State Team Coaches, VIS Development Coach (if applicable), Talent Academy Coaches as well as SSN and ANL teams as required.
It’s integral that communication flow is maintained between VIS, NA and other state bodies in relation to Pathway programs and you have a proven ability to lead program evolution through excellent communication including the ability to lead through others.
