Sue Barrett has been associated with the VIS since its inception. Her aim and that of her company, BARRETT Pty Ltd, is to help VIS athletes promote themselves effectively and earn what they are worth beyond the track, field or pool. The world of corporate sponsorship is very different from elite training, and although they take to it quickly, the athletes have to learn how to effectively self promote, access corporations and negotiate with a strong sense of their own value.
Sue Barrett launched BARRETT in 1995 after holding senior positions with a leading consultancy and recruitment company and is best known for her work in creating High Performing Sales & Service Teams and has developed a unique position in the market place with IP specifically in the Australian Sales Competency space.
