VIS CEO celebrates 20-year anniversary at SportScotland Institute of Sport

Victorian Institute of Sport Chief Executive Officer, Anne Marie Harrison is currently on assignment at the SportScotland Institute of Sport to celebrate its 20-year anniversary.
Speaking at the SportScotland High Performance Conference 2018 in Dunblane, the country is enjoying their best-ever medal haul at an away Commonwealth Games.
Harrison was ranked 14th in Scotland's Power 100 list, becoming the founding chief executive officer of the country's national sports institute in 1998.
More than 170 sports professionals gathered with conference theme of ‘Time & High Performance Sport: 1998-2018,’ marking the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Scotland’s first institute of sport.
Other keynote speakers at the conference included Dame Katherine Grainger, chair of UK Sport Mark Stevenson, Chloe Combi and sportscotland director of high performance Mike Whittingham.
