Australian World Short Course team announced

The Australian World Short Course team was announced following the final session of the EnergyAustralia Short Course Championships in Perth.

Congratulations to the following VIS swimmers and specialist coaching staff who have successfully qualified for the team that will compete in the FINA World Short Course Championships in Turkey in December:

VIS swimmer Kotuku Ngawati was cruelly just 0.08 seconds outside the qualifying time in the women’s 200m individual medley for the World Short Course team, even though she upstaged a strong field in the final to win her maiden Australian short course title in 2:10.17.
