On behalf of the Victorian Institute of Sport Board I offer our best wishes to all VIS athletes, coaches, staff and officials who are representing Australia at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

You are an inspiration to us, and to every Australian. Everyone at the VIS should be proud of the contribution they have made to ensuring our athletes can achieve their best performances in London.

After years of preparation and sacrifices our athletes now have the chance to shine. We’re sure they will wear the green and gold with honour and pride.

The Board joins every Victorian and Australian to cheer on our Aussie team. Good luck!
