Blanchard continues good form

VIS scholarship holder Tim Blanchard continued his good form at the Bathurst Dunlop Series V8 Supercars round at the famous Mt Panorama circuit.

Following a strong top 10 result in race 1 on Friday, Jaylec Automotive Electrical driver Tim Blanchard lined up in P6 for the 14 lap final.

The race pace was hot at the front but unlike the Friday race, Blanchard was able to keep up with the leaders, eventually finishing in seventh position.

This result gave Blanchard an overall round position of sixth and a very healthy 198 points for his Championship assault. Blanchard sits in seventh place after five of seven rounds in the 2012 Dunlop Series.
