The VIS is seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate Rowing high performance professional to join the team in the role of Head Coach.

Rowing is a Tier 1 program at the VIS, providing support and services to targeted athletes and building on what are already outstanding results, Olympic and World Championship winners. Currently sixteen Olympians are in the program, seven of which won medals in London.

Based primarily out of the VIS headquarters at Albert Park, the VIS Head Coach will be the key contributor to the overall development and implementation of the VIS Rowing Program. The position will manage the development and implementation of all areas of athlete performance as well as lead the VIS Assistant Rowing Coach.
